Somer Valley Rediscovered has partnered up with ReMind UK to run a spring time equinox event.

Meet at the Somer Centre in Midsomer Norton for a gentle spring stroll, mindfulness and singing. Both a longer 25 minute walk and a shorter 10 minute route will be offered.

EcoWild will be leading nature connection walks in the Midsomer Norton Town Park, looking at the spring forgeable plants and their historical uses.

China Fish will be leading a musical workshop, using instruments and singing to celebrate the start of spring! This activity is suitable for those who would not like to go out walking into the park.

This event is for anyone who is concerned about their memory, people affected by a memory problem or dementia, along with loved ones and carers.
