Autumn Nature, Craft, Connection 9th November

Summary
This is a free 6-week course for adults of all ages to explore, reignite and deepen connections to the living world and our relationship with it, and benefit from the support, health and wellbeing found within this.
Meeting at the Swallow Cafe in Radstock, the group walk a short way along Waterside Valley to enjoy a morning by the river with camp chairs and hot drinks. The leader guides relaxation, connection to the land, wildlife and each other. This is known as Green Care; facilitated outdoor activities that support you to be in our local living spaces to enhance health and wellbeing.

A shelter and warming fire will be provided when needed and there is a toilet and café on the site.
We will meet at the St Nicholas’ Church rooms in the SWALLOW Community Café in Radstock. If you would like to come early for a cuppa you are welcome. We will set off at 10am for the short walk into the valley.
