A walk in Waterside Valley, with local botanist Dr Helena Crouch to learn about the wildflowers and plants that grow in the valley and how to identify them. This is an introductory session suitable for beginners and novices who are interested in learning more.

Children are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This event has been organised by the Somer Valley Rediscovered to celebrate EuroBioBlitz 2023.

We will be meeting at outside the entrance to St Nicholas’ Church, Church St, Radstock, BA3 3QQ. Please arrive 10minutes before we start to allow time for introductions.

The walk will be on slightly unlevel ground on grass, with some gentle hills at a steady pace.
