Over the course of three weeks\, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques\, breathing exercises\, and gentle movement to help you unwind and recharge. No prior experience necessary\, just bring an open mind and a willingness to learn. \nWhat is Forest Bathing? \nForest bathing\, also known as shinrin-yoku\, isa Japanese practice that involves slowing down and immersing oneself in the forest atmosphere to promote relaxation and well-being. Join us for a walk along the River Somer as we do some nature spotting and river dipping. Similar to pond dipping\, this involves exploring a river’s shallows to observe and collect the creatures that live there\, offering a glimpse into the hidden underwater world. Wellies and a change of clothes is advised! \nAfter the walk\, join us for a picnic and unleash your musical talents at our interactive workshop with Sing-a-Ling at the Midsomer Norton Town Park Amphitheatre.
